Too many top hats?

Second emote in a day? Welp.

I had only seen the hat contest hosted by `Mirz123 forthanksgiving* and this instantly popped into my mind from some convo I held with =EastSideSunsets some time ago
And so, as 3am, I was googling top hats

I tried a personal dithering type style I sometimes use for a change, I think it works out better

I would have added some animation, but in honestly, I\'m not awake enough

*I don\'t personally celebrate thanksgiving, so if this isn\'t close enough to the contest then I\'m alright with it.

In general though, I don\'t want to pixel another large top hat anytime soon
